By keeping such thoughts in mind the Principal Akal College of Nursing Professor Ranjit Kour headed towards the Chief Khalsa Diwan College of Nursing, Amritsar to attend an International Conference themed as Unfolding the Miseries of A Cancer Patient- “Redefining Oncology Nursing”- Blending cure with care along with a team of 5 teachers, 12 Master students and 20 Bachelor students. The group of Akal College of Nursing has a very good discussion with the other students from National and International borders on “PSYCHO-ONCOLOGY: Boon or Bane” Master of Ceremony, Preventive Oncology –“Where do we stand”?, “Precision Medicine”-Concept and Scope and on many other topics. Along with this the faculties of Akal College of Nursing has also presented their posters on the various research topics taken by them.
